you might be wondering.
Is INKY a booking system?
No. You stay in control of which enquiries you accept and when an appointment is booked. INKY helps you manage the journey in between.
Do my clients need to download INKY?
No. INKY is for the artist. Your clients can use your public page in their browser to send an enquiry without installing anything.
Can people still contact me on Instagram or Facebook?
Yes. INKY doesn't replace your social accounts. Your public page simply gives you another, more structured way to collect tattoo enquiries.
Does INKY take a cut of my deposits?
No. INKY doesn't charge a transaction fee on customer deposits. If you use Stripe, card payments go directly to your own Stripe account and standard Stripe processing fees apply. You manage your Stripe account and withdrawals separately from INKY.
